Phat Mac
I sell gourmet mac and cheese, which I make hot and fresh in large batches using paella pans on gas burners.
Common varieties would be bbq pulled pork with garlic bread crumbs and pickled pink onions, or our Mexican fusion with cheesy tortillas, blackened corn and sour cream. We also have many Italian styles encompassing items such as ‘nduja, rocket, sun-dried tomatoes, truffle, various pestos and mozzarella.
