We are a family-run business based in Lincolnshire, and all of our delicious cheeses are crafted at Lymn Bank Farm Ltd.

The Mouse House Cheese Company was founded in October 2018 by Erika & Mollie, a mother and daughter duo. Mollie continues to be the driving force behind the business, and over the years, we’ve expanded our team at both our site in Skegness and our shop on the historic Steep Hill in Lincoln.

We take pride in manufacturing all of our cheeses direct from farm to fork, and we even smoke them on-site, preserving our traditional family methods.
