The Congleton Food and Drink Festival team have been hoping until now that it just might be possible for the Food and Drink Festival to go ahead in mid June but in the light of the latest developments we will not be through this pandemic for a good while yet and we will certainly have to cancel the event. We are very aware of how all these cancellations will be affecting our wonderful producers and pop up street food suppliers and for that reason we will be making a full refund to all our stallholders who have paid already. We will be in touch with you all over the next few days. We are also developing some ways and means to support you all with some kind of virtual Festival where we encourage our regular Festival goers to purchase your quality produce. if you have any ideas or experience of this please let us know. We will also be happy to advertise any home delivery schemes or cooking/baking/chutney making tutorials or whatever, that you might have in place so just send us the details to share.   We are all in the grip of uncertainty, vulnerability and fear. We have no solid answers, we're all very unsettled, but we know some thing for sure - that this will end eventually and then we can look forward to a wonderful Festival on June 13th 2021.   Till then take care, keep safe and all best wishes from the festival team!
